Clinic Services
Add or remove the services your clinic offers — these show up when booking appointments and in your reports
Business Hours
Choose which days the clinic is open and set the opening and closing time for each day
Clinic Closures
Mark the days the clinic will be closed, like holidays or days off — patients won't be able to book on these days
Bump Reservations
If you close a day that already has appointments, this moves them all to a new date and sends each patient an SMS to let them know.
Manage Doctors
Add your clinic's doctors, their contact info, and the days and hours each one works
Tip: Check the days each doctor works (Sun, Mon, Tue, etc.). If you leave the hours empty, the doctor will follow the clinic's general opening hours. If a doctor is on vacation or no longer working, just uncheck "Active" — they'll disappear from booking but you won't lose their info.
Doctor Unavailability
If a doctor can't come in on a certain day or will be away for a few hours, add it here so patients can't book with them during that time
Tip: If the doctor is away the whole day, just pick the date and leave the time empty. If they're only away for part of the day (for example, leaving early at 3 PM), fill in the time so only those hours get blocked.

Patients get a reminder message before their appointment so they don't forget

Booking Confirmation SMS
